Nickolas Grace is a well-known English actor born November 21, 1947. He is best known for his television appearances, notably those of Anthony Blanche in the critically acclaimed ITV production of Brideshead Revisited and the Sheriff of Nottingham in the 1980s Robin of Sherwood. Nickolas Andrew Halliwell Grace’s full name is Nicholas Andrew Halliwell Grace. In the British comedy series Birds of a Feather, aired in the 1990s, Grace portrayed the role of Marcus Green, Dorien Green’s husband.

Grace attended the King’s School in Chester and the Forest School in Walthamstow for her formal education. He received his acting training at the Central School of Speech and Drama, also where he now teaches. After that, in 1975, Grace performed Hamlet at the opening of the Playhouse in Derby. Returning to the Royal Shakespeare Company, he featured as Dromio of Ephesus in Trevor Nunn’s first-ever musical, The Comedy of Errors (starring Judi Dench, Michael Williams, and Roger Rees), Hitler in Schweik, and Witwoud in The Way of the World, all of which were directed by John Barton. Grace’s work in the theater throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s includes these productions. During the 1991–1992 season, he portrayed Cole Porter in A Swell Party at the Vaudeville.
