American actress, singer, and songwriter Lynda Carter. Besides her role in ‘Wonder Woman,’ she is best recognized for being elected Miss World America. While still in high school, she joined the band “Just Us” and had her television debut as a child performer. The Relatives were her new band, which she formed with two cousins. Initially from Arizona, Lynda enrolled at Arizona State University before deciding to leave to focus on her music career instead. She entered a beauty contest in her hometown and became Miss World America.
