The Canadian actor Finn Wolfhard. On December 23, 2002, he entered the world in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He and Gaten Maratazzo are both well-known for their roles as Mike Wheeler in the hit Netflix show Stranger Things.

Wolfhard played Tyler, a kind and caring pizza delivery boy, in the 2018 ensemble comedy film Dog Days, directed by Ken Marino. Wolfhard returned to his role of young Richie in flashbacks for the 2019 sequel It: Chapter Two (2019). Wolfhard portrayed Miles in Amblin’s haunted house film The Turning, an adaptation of Henry James’ novel The Turn of the Screw, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020. The film, which was set in Miami and also starred Robert Redford, was conceived by the filmmaking collective Borscht Corp. Jeremy Schaulin-Rioux directed and Film Boldly produced the proof of concept short film Rules for Werewolves, based on the adapted script of playwright and writer Kirk Lynn from his debut novel, which Wolfhard is attached to star in and produce as a feature-length film in late 2020 or early 2021. He provided his voice for two different Adult Swim projects: the April 1, 2020 premiere of Zach Hadel and Michael Cusack’s Laughing Friends, an animated special, and the April 1, 2020 premiere of JJ Villard’s Fairy Tales, a gender-swapped adaptation of Rapunzel.
